Privacy Policy
Last updated: 25 October 2026
In short: we collect only what you send us through the contact form and the booking calendar, use it only to answer you and work with you, never sell it, and delete it on request. This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
1. Who we are
This website, orotdigitalsolutions.com, is operated by Orot Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Orot Digital Solutions is the business name of Nissime Maxime Kutasi, an exempt dealer (Osek Patur, עוסק פטור) registered in Israel, no. 330262528. Address: 54 Menachem Begin St., Hadera, Israel. Contact: contact@orotdigitalsolutions.com.
2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, business name, email address, industry and the service you're interested in; and, if you choose to add them, your phone or WhatsApp number, existing website and project details.
- Booking a call: the meeting time you choose and the details the booking calendar asks for (name, email, business name and any answers you give).
- When you become a client: the details needed to deliver the project and invoice you, and the materials you send us (texts, images, logos, videos, account access you choose to share).
Information collected automatically
- The date and time of your inquiry and the page you sent it from.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health or financial details). Please don't include it in your messages.
3. How we use it, and why
| Purpose | Basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your inquiry, holding your discovery call, preparing a proposal | Your request and consent (the checkbox on the form) |
| Delivering and supporting a project you order, invoicing | Our contract with you |
| Keeping business and tax records | Legal obligations |
| Keeping the website and our systems secure, preventing spam and fraud | Our legitimate interest in a safe service |
We don't sell or rent your information, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers who process information on our behalf, only as needed to run this website and our business:
- Google (Google Workspace services: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Google Apps Script), where inquiries are received, stored and answered.
- Calendly, which runs the booking calendar.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website, protects it from attacks and provides cookie-free visitor statistics.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on this website.
Each provider has its own privacy policy and security measures. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may store and process information on servers outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. We use well-known providers that apply recognised safeguards for international transfers.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
- No advertising or tracking cookies. This website doesn't track you across sites.
- Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't build a profile of you and doesn't identify you. It records general information such as the page visited, the referring site, the browser and the country.
- Session storage: the website remembers, for the current visit only, that you've already seen our brand film, so it doesn't open again. Nothing is sent to us.
- Booking calendar: when you open the booking window, Calendly's calendar is loaded and may set its own cookies, as described in Calendly's cookie policy. It isn't loaded until you choose to book.
7. How long we keep it
- Inquiries that don't lead to a project: deleted within 24 months.
- Client and project records: kept for as long as the law requires for business and tax records, and otherwise deleted when no longer needed.
- You can ask us to delete your details sooner (see section 9).
8. How we protect it
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections with strict security settings. Inquiries are stored in private accounts protected by strong passwords and two-step verification, and only Orot Digital Solutions can access them. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if we learn of a problem.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law and, for people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the GDPR), you can:
- ask to see the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct it, or to delete it;
- withdraw your consent, or object to how we use it;
- ask for a copy of it in a common format.
Email contact@orotdigitalsolutions.com. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us first; you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Israel, the Privacy Protection Authority).
10. Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be shown clearly on this website.
